How it works

Reserve your new Lewis home at an early stage of construction then relax while we get on with selling your old property.

Upon reservation of your new home we will arrange for an independent professional valuation of your existing property.

Once a realistic selling price has been agreed, the Agency Selling Agreement is completed and we will market your property professionally, using all our marketing skills.

Once a buyer has been found, the sale is smoothly progressed by us and you move into your new Lewis home. Lewis Homes can do more to achieve the sale of your property than others.

We will consider a property on its own merits, although we do reserve the right to decide whether or not it is acceptable for the Home Exchange Service.
