How It Works

You reserve your Lewis home and pay a reservation fee. This holds the plot of your choice and fixes its price.
We’ll then arrange for two independent professional valuations of your existing property.
If we are happy to proceed we will make you a fair offer on your old home, usually within 7 days, subject to contact and surveys.
You will be asked to confirm your acceptance in writing and we will then progress the sale.
You will remain in your existing property until your new Lewis home is ready and the transaction is completed.
